Reduced backpressure with enhanced geometric surface area
Celcor® Thin Wall substrates push the boundaries of ceramic manufacturing precision, featuring walls as thin as 2–3 mils (0.05–0.076 mm). This enables significantly reduced exhaust backpressure while simultaneously increasing geometric surface area for improved catalyst utilization. The result is faster light-off times and better low-temperature performance — critical for meeting Euro 6d, EPA Tier 3, and China 6 emissions regulations.
